Returns & Refunds policy

At LoraMonay Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit.

To request assistance, email aulorae10@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or shipping delays beyond our control.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via standard shipping, which typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. LoraMonay Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local postal carrier.
